MedPlaya Hotel Alba Beach

Me gustó mucho la localización. El hotel genial y la comida excelente.

Despite some of the other reviews that are quite negative, I had a very good experience at the hotel. We arrived well before the check in time due to an early morning flight at around 11am, we were able to leave our suitcases with the hotel until our room was available. The lady on reception took my phone number and said she would give a call back if a room became available before the normal check in time, and I did get a call back around 12:45 to say that a room was ready for us. The room was on the small side for 3 people but it was clean and tidy so you can't complain at that. The pool was a good size and there was always enough space to sit around the pool / outside at the bar. The food was ok and what you would expect from a hotel of this type, basic food but quality was ok. The only thing I think that could do with improving is some of the sun loungers are starting to show there age and are quite worn out. The hotel location is also very good, close to the beach, shops and a 10 min walk to a supermarket. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is considering staying here.

Hotelul este poziționat excelent,lângă plaja ,stație de autobuz, restaurante,etc. Este un hotel curat, cu personal care te ajuta in orice nevoie, foarte bine structurat! Referitor la masa: mâncarea este proaspătă, diversificată, care mulțumește pe oricine! Înainte sa aleg acest hotel am avut anumite dubii / ezitari din cauza unor comentarii despre care acum, ca am fost in hotel, pot spune ca au fost FOARTE RAU INTENTIONATE! Daca as veni din nou in Benalmadena nu as mai avea dubii sa aleg din nou acest hotel! Pentru mine care am fost in multe locuri si la multe hoteluri in lumea asta , categoric hotelul merita peste trei stele! Eu am petrecut aici o vacanta minunată cu ocazia zilei de naștere, ceea ce va doresc si vouă cei care alegeți acest hotel! MERITA! RECOMAND!

Pentru ca trebuie sa scriu si ce nu mi-a plăcut o sa spun ca , referitor la hotel ,mi-ar fi plăcut sa am mai multe umerașe in șifonier si perie de wc la baie! Dar ATAT! De asemenea, vreau sa menționez un lucru care nu are legătură cu hotelul, in perioada cat eu am fost in hotel si fara sa jignesc pe nimeni, erau foarte mulți englezi cazați care " uitau" cand vin noaptea din oraș de la party , sa respecte liniștea si faptul ca sunt si alte persoane in hotel care vor sa doarmă , si ca nu sunt singuri in hotel ca sa vorbească foarte tare ,sa trântească ușile si / sau sa cânte! Iar pentru ca vor fi sigur si oameni care vor spune ca hotelul nu are izolație fonica ,vreau sa adaug ca la ce zgomot au făcut acele persoane ,chiar si o izolație fonica nu ar fi fost suficienta!

Perfect location just across the road from the beach. Room spacious and very clean. Good choice of starters and desserts for lunch and dinner

Lunch/Dinner main courses not very inspiring and only luke warm every day. Sunbeds do not asjust so not possible to sit up and read leaning against the back.

After booking this hotel for a myself and my daughter I began to see a few bad reviews re food, rooms,staff everything really and was a bit apprehensive of what it was going to be like but I wish I had told myself what I tell everyone else…you cannot please everybody. I can honestly say we had the best time. In my opinion if you want 5* accommodation then do not pay for 3* and expect 5*. We had a standard room which was basic but had everything we needed and was cleaned every day with fresh towels when needed. The staff throughout the whole hotel were very friendly. There was a great selection of hot and cold food. Every day had a different selection and the only thing I could complain about is I wasn’t able to sample every dish but what I did sample and it was a lot was absolutely delicious to the point my daughter who is the fussiest eater I know never complained once and the fact she found something different every day was nothing short of a miracle, believe me. The dining area may be on the small side but no matter what time we went to eat we never had to wait for a seat or food. I can’t comment on entertainment as we were out all day and came back for dinner then out for a nice stroll along the beach. I cannot wait to return there and we are already looking at a short break for next year.

Mrówki w pokoju. Niestety coś zostawiliśmy na stole na noc i rano od okna mieliśmy sznurek mrówek ;) a to 5 piętro było.
