L'accueil. La propreté et l'espace de la chambre

Immeuble très mal insonorisé. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les parties communes. Des bars de rue diffusent également de la musique à un volume sonore qui sort de l'entendement dans tout le quartier et toute la nuit (en tout cas le samedi soir)
