Good location near the airport bus, airport tram and other tram lines C&D through the city. Personnel were very polite and helpful while dealing with my pushy mother. Nearby old school brasserie “Bouillon Saint-Jean” is a winner for Bordeaux style meal.

This is a pretty simple, modern style hotel. Shame there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and that it had to be paid for at reception. Room was a bit dated and also small - but that can happen regularly in France. Soundproofing to the busy square outside is acceptable, but not perfect.

L accueil du personnel L emplacement en face de la gare et à côté du tramway et des taxis Bonne isolation du bruit

Le lit d appoint pour la troisième personne qui était défoncé Aucune bouilloire et thé dans les chambres . Mise à la disposition d eau chaude et de qq sachets de thé dans le lobby de l hôtel mais a 2euros très cher.

Proximité avec la gare de Bordeaux. Le confort et la propreté. Le choix et le goût du petit dejeuné buffet.

Le bruit exterieur, mais forcement dans uen grande ville c'est normal. La chambre est petite mais fonctionelle.
