Villa Oniria

Mooie, comfortabele inrichting. Centraal gelegen in autovrije straat. Vriendelijk en dienstvaardig personeel. Super uitgebreid ontbijt. En voortreffelijk restaurant voor een rustig diner ter plaatse.

Enig puntje van voorzichtige en egoïstische kritiek: de lounge bleek op zaterdag namiddag een fel gewilde plek voor de plaatselijke families. Hun luidruchtige aanwezigheid verstoorde mijn geplande leesplezier nabij de knusse haard. Erg positief was dan weer dat het personeel er over waakte dat deze plaatsen nabij de open haard werden gereserveerd voor de hotelgasten.

Delighted we chose the Villa Oniria to spend our first Christmas in Granada, Andalucia. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the festivities and we enjoyed some fabulous food in the restaurant on Christmas Day. Our Superior Room was extremely well appointed - everything we needed with a really great bathroom and large separate shower and loo. Every member of staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful venue with a soul, yet very comfy. Very kind staff.

The spa was closed until mid Jan for annual maintenance, which we only found out about 48h before arriving… Also, the beds only have a sheer blanket and no proper duvet, which doesn’t feel very comfortable in the middle of winter.

Jolie chambre bien équipée petit déjeuner bon copieux et de qualité l’hôtel est en centre ville permet de tout faire à pieds l’hôtel propose un service de parking avec voiturier très agréable

My travel agent recommended this place. This is new for me as I usually don’t indulge myself with travel agent services. But it’s been a crazy year and as I approached the holidays I just wanted someone else to pave the way for me to escape the USA. And oh my goodness, what a treat.!! The Villa is beautifully updated. The staff is courteous and helpful. The facilities are lovely. Yes, room and shower were great but the downstairs sitting room with a wood burning fireplace and comfortable chairs made it feel like a place you don’t want to leave. Breakfast was okay- with plenty of options nearby. I thought my visit to Granada was a one shot deal, checking a destination off a mental list , however, after spending two days here I can’t wait to return! Oh- and the location? Perfection. 25 minutes walk to the Alhambra and 10 minutes to the cathedral. It’s right in town- what was formerly the Jewish quarter. .
