Sehr schöne Zimmer mit einem bequemen Zustellbett für meine Enkelin. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, vor allem auch in der Bar. Für uns eine prima Lage des Hotels, da direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und daher alle Ziele für uns bestens mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

TV Sender nicht sortiert ,Sender fehlen , Keine Klimaanlage, aufgrund der Lage (Straßenlärm) kann man die Fenster nicht offen lassen Beschriftung beim Frühstück fehlt

坐电梯找房间不太方便，走错了两次。门钥匙不太好用。

I was very happy with the spacious size of the room and the comfy bed (so many hotels today have rock-hard mattresses but this hotel had a deliciously comfortable mattress). The breakfast was fantastic and I was very pleased I booked it. There was a lot of variety. The hotel was close to the station, which is why I selected it, so that was very convenient. The WIFI worked fine, and there was a free bottle of water in the room each day.

Only a few small things worth mentioning: * The drains (toilet) smelled bad and I think more use of bleach would help (room 531). * There was no kettle or tea / coffee making facilities in the room (unusual for a 4 star hotel). * The keys to the room are really difficult to operate and the receptionist had to come to help me. * If I wanted to book in at midday / before 3pm, it would have costed me 45 Euros. This is pretty outrageous as most hotels will give you the key free if the room is ready. * I got a message from the hotel 2 days before arrival telling me that I had booked a different category of room (which I had not) and that if I wanted my originally booked room, it would cost me 15 Euros a night. Fortunately this situation did not materialise when I arrived.

Spacious room with a balcony facing the central railway station, large windows, high ceiling, very bright. Excellent breakfast, large nice lobby and bar. Got an excellent deal on it as well, which is greatly appreciated.

The key to the room is a masterpiece of the dark German genius, a half-electronic, half-mechanic, and it is more on thou shall not pass side - it fails to unlock the door 4 times out of 5. The good news is that on the 4th day of the stay I finally figured that one has to hold the door knob first - it adds the missing capacity to the German electronics and everything unlocks from the first try! The door knob is comfortably warm which adds a nice feeling. The most confusing key I ever experienced in my life. One also had to hand it off to the reception when leaving for the city, a nice but slightly annoying anachronism.

Schönes Haus mit freundlichem Personal. Zentrale Lage mit Parkhaus in der Nähe. Sehr guter Filterkaffee am Morgen.

Am 9.5. haben wir eine Junior Suite für den 15.-18. 5. gebucht. Dies wurde uns auch bestätigt. Beim Einchecken wurde uns jedoch eröffnet, dass die Junior Suite wegen Überbuchung nicht zur Verfügung stehe und wir ein kleineres Zimmer nehmen müssen. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage uns dies vorab per mail mitzuteilen. Wir hätten uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. 4 Sterne Service geht anders!
