"PMR, MÊME DEBOUTS, FUYEZ !!!!"

Très belle vue sur la Cité et le Pont Vieux

PMR, FUYEZ !!! Parking et piscine non desservis par l'ascenseur. Chambre très exiguë (impossible de fermer la porte des toilettes), lit tellement haut qu'il faut presque sauter pour se hisser dedans (je mesure 1,68 m et je suis PMR debout), balcon ridiculeusement riquiqui. Au retour, sans possibilité d'annulation, j'ai demandé une chambre PMR, pour le même prix je n'ai plus le balcon, mais j'ai toujours ce lit aussi haut 🤬

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the room and the housekeeping service. Rooftop offered magnificent panoramic view.

The rooms were nicely decorated but some of the walls were painted black and therefore I found the room too dark.

Uitzicht en ligging hotel

Personeel is niet goed opgeleid. Zetten ons eerst in kamer met achteraanzicht, terwijl wij hadden aangegeven om uitzicht te hebben op het kasteel. Dit is wel na verzoek van ons gehonoreerd. Balie medewerking hebben weinig kennis van algemene vragen over Carcassonne. Info geven kunnen ze niet of weten het niet.

"Lovely hotel - first class location"

Fabulous location, with a great view of the old town. Room was clean and a very comfortable bed, with excellent black out curtains. Coffee shop was excellent.

The roof terrace didn’t have any outside tables.
