First time here and we really enjoyed it, was initially given a ground floor apartment on arrival, which we wasn’t too happy with but after a request we were moved to the sixth floor sea view apartment without any hassle. The staff were very helpful and polite especially Luciano what a great guy he is. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Location was spot on. Would I visit again. Yes definitely

Good property and great location

When we first arrived we were put in a connecting room with an extremely thin door. When we went asleep it was very loud due to the connecting door you could hear each others conversation and it was more so a lack of privacy. We didn’t sleep that night therefore we brought it to the staff members attention we had to pay €150 to be given a new room due to the only rooms left was a sea view, we felt this issue was not our problem seen as we had already paid for our stay and then had to pay another fee due to something out of our control. We also felt like there was extra costs everywhere - for example for sun beds, the safe in the room and the iron etc

My hubby and I have just returned from our 9 night stay at the verdemar. We stayed in 708, room was spotless, beds comfy and a great shower in the bathroom. There was an awful smell in the room especially when we'd return every evening from the beach and the air con had been off. After 5mins it would go. Staff are amazing thank you Sergio, Syed and Melody in the restaurant. Food is fab particularly the salads. Lorenzo on reception also was fab. My main issue was noise particularly behaviour of other guests. We where awoken most nights at 2am by our noisy neighbours blasting music, shouting and arguing. If was quire frightening. We did complain and reception did knock on their door but unfortunately it happened more than one night. Our last night was hell. The noise on the 7th floor was so bad. Sounded like a party hotel. Unfortunately for this reason we would not return. Such a shame.

Have been going to your hotel every year for the past 5 years and this was the first time I can say you have had an entertainment team. In previous years no effort was made with the entertainment team at all. They might take a walk around the pool and that would be it but this year Georgia and Elina were brilliant. They chat to everyone around the pool and try to get them involved. They had a range of games for all ages every day .My shy daughter even got involved and loved having the chats with them. Must give natalia a mention aswell. She was also with them for a few days . Well done girls on making alot of kids happy with all your efforts. Yous are really doing an amazing job . Already booked again for next year

Keine Parkplätze am Hotel; Bar mit begrenzter Auswahl; Zimmer zur Straße mit trister Aussicht;
