Amazing staff and exceptionally clean facilities. I had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best Marriott Bonvoy properties I’ve stayed at! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome by the front desk team. They even offered me an early check-in at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with multiple amenities provided to make the stay extra special. The food was excellent, and the service throughout was prompt and courteous. Overall, a truly delightful experience — couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers alike!

although the rooms were not good, the staff was more than accomodating to convert the experiance to Marriott class. All the help from the staff especially Shruti was worth eveery penny spent at the hotel. However the rooms are not at all close to the Marriott class. I did not even like the breakfast spread.

I would like to thank Trinity Whitefield hotel and its staff for its exceptional service during my 2 week stay. Right from the reception including Mr Moon who helped me multiple times, Mr Jason for great room service and the entire kitchen staff (including Mr Ravi) for the mouth savoring delicacies served in the breakfast. The whole restaurant staff was exceptionally accommodating in serving dishes to my liking. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Bengaluru area.

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful throughout my time here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. A special mention to Moon for his friendly and attentive service, and to Jason from the cleaning staff who kept my room very neat and clean every day. Everything was great, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for 3 days. Neat and clean rooms. All the staff is coperative. Food is also good. Housekeeping staff named Jason did a great job.

I went to dine at the restaurant Nxt.door at Trinity Hotel which was suggested by Moon at the front desk. The recommendation was perfect! The food was delicious and the staff service was excellent. I ordered a Veg soup, paneer onion curry and tandoori rotis. I really appreciate Moon for the helpful suggestion and friendly attitude!

Although the hotel is currently under renovation, our stay has been truly wonderful thanks to the incredible staff. The food is absolutely delicious, all Chefs, especially Mr. Dola has made sure that every dish meets our dairy-free requirements. The restaurant team —Mr. Vishal, Mr. Abhinav, Mr. Lohit, Mr. Subhajit, Mr. Nitschi, Ms. Baby, and Mr. Larson— has been extraordinary: attentive, kind, and always with a warm smile. They make us feel at home, remembering our preferences and taking care of every little detail. At the front desk, Ms. Alka and Ms. Moon have been delightful, Mr. Subhankar was always paying attention to small details and our deepest gratitude goes to Ms. Nishi, Front Office Manager, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care have made our stay exceptional. We would also like to recognize Mr. Mahakud, our housekeeper, for keeping our room spotless and filled with thoughtful touches, as well as the security guards, who always greet us with kindness and a big smile. A truly outstanding team that turns every moment of our stay into an unforgettable experience.
