It’s not my problem that hot breakfast wasn’t available. Why advertise for something you don’t get. Not a happy camper

We booked a jacuzzi room only to be told that room was a roll over we were offered another suite but jets didnt work hotel was very outdated and sheets looked like they were dirty and towels stink the only thing i can say good about this stay was the guy that checked us in was nice and finny other then that i will never stay here again

This hotel is so gross and disgusting it might as well be a run down drive-up motel. Where to start on this horrible experience. The door locks didn't work to the doors on the side of the building so they were constantly propped open or not latched. The updated rooms were dirty with rusty appliances, extremely loud cooling / heating unit. Customer service was beyond rude. Laundry services were also broken. Ice machines were broken. The refrigerator in the room was also broken. We payed the fee to check in early, and decided we couldn't stay there and hotel management was beyond rude, and refused to give us our money back. Instead, they made us pay for the early check-in fee and a whole day, and when you call the corporate number to complain they tell you there's nothing they can do and it's completely up to the business manager. This hotel while looks nice from the outside is extremely deceiving. It is an absolute garbage dump that should be avoided at all costs, unless you like overpaying for a stinky, loud, broken down, dilapidated room that makes you feel as though you'll be going home with bed bugs. I should have taken other reviewers advice on here and just avoided. STAY AWAY!!

No internet service and there was hairs on our shower walls. Didn’t have plates for breakfast

Paid substantially more for a room here because it had a jacuzzi. After a long travel day we thought it would be nice only to find out it didn't work. My wife had already gotten in, so i called and the front desk said they'd turn it on, still didn't work so they offered us a room change, went to that one and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. Sore back and very uncomfortable, the jacuzzi did work though. Definitely not the $150+ i paid for it, we won't be back.

I got what I paid for…a cheap room. The front desk was friendly but the room was dated and older. Barely any hot water and limited water pressure.

Stayed in room 210, carpet is pulled up by the entrance door, room smelled like a wet dog. Lavatory sink didn’t drain mildew around the tub. TV and air conditioner worked properly. No coffee in the morning in the breakfast area because they were out, stated a manager would bring some in later
