Localizarea

Mi s-a repartizat, desi am facut din decembrie rezervarea, o camera la parter, cu miros de igrasie si cu geamul care dadea pe o rerasa cu mese si unde se fuma. Geamul nu avea si deschidere oblica. Dupa ce am spus ca nu e ok camera, desi de la inceput am spus ca nu vreau la parter, mi s-a repartizat o alta camera in alt imobil. Camera era mult mai mica (m-a avertizat ca e singke dar a spus ca nu are altceva), usa de la asa zisul balcon nu etansa bine si a foat destul de frig. Am solicitat restituire partiala dar mi s-a spus ca la Il picolo.mondo e mai scump. Poate in partea de hotel. La apartamente, ma indoiesc, avand in vedere conditiile. Asadar, solicit acordarea unei reduceri si restituirea acestei sume in contul din care am efectuat plata.
