Very disappointing stay. Reception staff was rude and unhelpful when I couldn’t open the electronic door, immediately blaming me instead of assisting. After entering the code at door, I had to force the door open by pushing it hard with my shoulder. The room had an unpleasant smell, and my request to change rooms was refused, with advice only to open the window. Ground floor room felt unsafe and lacked privacy; the window covering with small curtain was insufficient and the window was once found open, which was concerning. Housekeeping was not provided during my 4-night stay, no cleaning or towel changes. Breakfast service was poorly organized; the restaurant was closed at 07:45 before official opening time 08:00 am and I was unable to have breakfast one day. Overall, poor service, lack of cleanliness, and weak communication made the stay very unsatisfactory.
