I only stayed one night. The half bath had a broken toilet and the whole bath had a dirty jetted tub which I did not use. The breakfast was decent.

Great location very clean and great helpful staff.

We purposely booked the property for the indoor pool/spa hot tub but when we arrived the pool was closed and the hot tub had been completely removed and covered with concrete. The websites pictures at the time still advertised the hot tub and spa. We were very disappointed and felt misled. However, the night shift worker was extremely helpful and gave us an upgrade for our second night to a room with a jetted tub which made us a lot happier.

"Our stay was ok. Pool was closed and fire alarm went off not once but three times."

The rooms were nice and comfortable.

The pool was closed. I made reservations two weeks prior to stay. I called the hotel for confirmation of pool being open because my daughter and her friends wanted to spend night for her 13th birthday. The pool was I. Fact closed. The “Front Desk Manager “ , Tiger, assured me pool was open and running fine. We had to walk across two parking lots in 32degree weather to use another hotel’s pool. I was not happy.

"Decent facilities, poor service "

Super clean and spacious as always, master mattress seems a little worn out, we called the front desk several times both days about confirming check out time and requesting additional towels and a blanket but nobody answered the phone, I got my own extra towels but never received a blanket, the pool (or the one across the parking lot) is unavailable every time we stay here
