Very good place

It was nice once we got settled. The 2nd day we got kicked out of our room because they overbooked the timeshare. This also happened to other people that were staying there as well. We had no room and had to wait around for 3 and 1/2 hours without our things stuck outside until the room was ready. Ruined a whole day of our vacation .

Really enjoyed our stay. Everyone at this place were inviting since it is mostly timeshare occupancy. We met great people and the beach was amazing. Highly recommend

My son and I found a deal on this property at the last minute for a soccer tournament. We had an ocean front studio unit with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. The full kitchen With full size fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher was great! The bathroom is small but nice. Shower pressure was really good. The best feature of the entire unit was the big oceanfront balcony with a The best feature of the entire unit was the big ocean front balcony with an amazing view of the beach and lighthouse. For just the two of us, this was a perfect unit. For a full family of four, it would’ve been tight. The property overall is very secure and well-kept. There are three pools, but we only used one. One is indoors and the other is an owners pool that was unavailable to us. Most of the other guests seem to be timeshare owners who were regulars. They were all very nice, but it did feel a bit like we were an uninvited guest to the family reunion. Just about everyone at the resort seemed to know each other other than us. But again… They were very friendly. The pools were clean and heated. And because they are not right by the beach, they are a little more secluded and protected from the wind. There are plenty of poolside chairs and tables as well as two different areas with gas grills you can use. The beach itself is quite nice and there are several cabanas and lounge chairs for guests to use.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended particular for long stay , the studio was great, clean and everything you need , the beach is clean and accessible. The only thing was the air conditioning was noisy, and interrupted our sleep which it was a down side. In any event, we enjoyed it and will come back soon. Thanks

Very nice place

Great property. Clean room and clear communication of amenities. The staff was super kind and helpful. The area is nice, a little quieter than ft lauderdale and a short drive from everywhere

The best thing about the property was that it was right on the beach. The amenities such as the pools, jacuzzi, outdoor grills and general grounds were immaculate. The staff obviously takes great pride in caring for this 60 year old resort. The price was also very fair. One problem was that the Murphy bed in our Studio unit was that the AC was within one foot of the side of the head of the bed which then blew directly in the face of the person sleeping on that side of the bed. We had to sleep on the sofa bed which was ok, but not as comfortable as the Murphy bed. Another problem is that there is no source of heat, other than the electric stove. There was a bit of a cold snap during our stay and our morning indoor temperature on one morning was 62 degrees. Our last small problem was that due to the unit having a very small water heater, we could not take two consecutive 10 minute showers without the second person running out of hot water. We adjusted our shower times and that problem was solved. I still gave this property a four star rating because of it's great location and wonderfully cared for amenities.
