Really lovely warm and friendly welcome at the hotel. Was very lucky to be upgraded to fantastic room. Breakfast was included too. It was our 5th time at Ashtree House and it's always our 'go to' place when in Paisley. It's very handy for everything and there are some lovely restaurants nearby.

"Inconsiderate Hotel during a Pandemic!!"

We live in the USA and planned a trip last year to Scotland, France and The Netherlands. Well, we all know what happened this year. Even if I lived in Scotland, the hotel was not open for Guest except Emergency Workers. Yet when my flights were cancelled from the USA they would not refund any of my payment. They did offer a lousy voucher which was only good for a year forcing me to come back to Scotland even though they have no idea what my plans are next year. I lived and worked in Scotland and I find this Hotel's Customer Service very unusual for the Scots!! I own and manage three vacation properties and even a small owner like me is offering at least partial refunds on much more expensive weekly rentals. I can never recommend this Hotel and I am truly disappointed. I will tell this story to all of my retired friends for sure. See you Ashtree!! With customer service like this I wonder if you will make it. If it is not an Pandemic it will be due to poor customer service!!

Lovely large room, spotlessly clean and really comfortable with the loveliest staff. Delicious breakfast (great coffee). If we’re staying in Paisley again this will be our first choice.
