Great staff, great location, really great breakfast!

Rooms could have a little bit more space, otherwise everything was perfect!

Très belle hôtel Personnel très gentil ! Le petit déjeuner excellent ! La piscine sur le toit très agréable. Très bien situé en bord de plage, commerces et restaurants à côté. je recommande

L’eau de la piscine est glacée La piscine du bas si vous voulez un transat levez vous à 5h du mat, les gens se jettent dessus en mettant leur serviette j’ai pas compris mais bon Le mieux c’est d’avoir une chambre au 1er et 2eme étages parce que les ascenseurs sont toujours pris . C’est un hôtel adulte only je dirais Même 60+ donc si vous voulez faire la fête c’est pas ici ! Haha

Betten extrem hart, Polster ebenso, keine Verbesserung möglich weil anscheinend nicht vorhanden, beim Pool am Dach keine Toilette und kein Kaffee möglich. Am ebenerdig Pool: Boden bei der Dusche extrem schmutzig, alles verrostet und sehr abgenutzt. Kaffee im Frühstücksraum qualitativ wirklich sehr schlecht, unbedingt andere Maschinen benutzen!

Every member off staff very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful hotel, great food The small gestures as in gifts from the bar are appreciated. Lucas very good at delivering cocktail master class On arrival issues with adapted bedroom, staff acted very promptly and efficiently and we got moved to another room, which was better but had to improvise a little to make it work. 10/10 for staff involved A little disappointed to find lift access to infinity pool out off order and has been for over a month or so. As travelling with wheelchair user this area would have been lovely area to have accessed, equally if in a wheelchair no access to Bahia bed area due to steps, also no access into jacuzzis in spa area Overall a beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend

Very clean, nice staff, sea view was worth the extra money. Breakfast could use a few items more. Low water pressure on top floor. Would stay again.

Good food lots of choice (slightly repetitive) Staff friendly at the bars Stefan & Andres are superb - but didn’t find the reception staff as friendly as previous visit. Drinks aren’t cheap but good measures. Hotel well maintained but bedrooms so small for the price and be careful about the sea view aspect - don’t overpay. All rooms are sea view really (overlooking pool then sea). There are a few that aren’t front facing but you can still catch a glimpse. The bedrooms could do with a little tlc esp around the showers etc which do leak out into the room. We booked double room and arrived to find two single metal beds that separated during the night and made awful noises as you turned over. It’s not a cheap hotel so was disappointed by this lack of comfort and a decent bed base. However maintenance came and cable tied them together and they have put a double topper on so you cannot feel the two beds now. We ended up upgrading to a superior room for space!!!!! It’s all about the upsell. We did have a discounted price. Location wise - steps away from the lovely beach opposite which isn’t easy to get into as it has a large shelf but it’s glorious once in. The hotel has a lovely bar outside with rocking chairs. The downside - we walked to the left as you leave the hotel. Don’t advise. The strip becomes quite dubious with some dodgy characters. Plenty of police about but felt unnerved and were approached twice. Once by a young girl screaming in our face off her head on something also by the street sellers who were selling more than sunglasses at the time. Say no more. It was full of gangs and large groups of boys. We also had a strange encounter on the bus with a group of young men from Senegal (they worse bands stating this). They seemed to split up and focus on us. My husband is a big guy so wasn’t put off but I would have been if alone. They didn’t take their eyes off us. Clothes shoes bags etc. BUT thus said Don’t be put off by this. Right near the hotel inside the hotel and down the strip the other way is lovely. You don’t need to encounter them. All the bars are German. It’s a massively German resort (have a Google : Arenal). The staff are friendly enough though and most speak English.
