Buenas instalaciones, se nota que es un hotel relativamente nuevo. La comida está super bien también

Que no atendieran a mi queja sobre el aire acondicionado, informe en 3 oportunidades que no enfriaba y ni caso me hicieron.

Good family atmosphere, and great staff, however comes with a few easily fixable challenges. I went there for a week with my partner and 2 girls. Was surprised that no water in the room and no minibar. They have RO dispensers on the floor and give glass jugs in the room. Now I get the whole eco friendly stance, however I trust bottled water rather than the filter on a RO machine, so why not have glass bottles in the room, given the glass jug? Secondly, and most importantly, we went to a child friendly hotel for the kids club so was surprised to see that the club for 4-8y/o is only open on most days (not all) from 10:30-12:45. Half the time they have family activities so not a kids club in the true sense of the word. When I asked why, the answer was not enough staff. Apart from those two instances, the holiday was enjoyable, and the food (even if no a la carte restaurants) is good with a decent choice. The staff is wonderful and Elina at reception was very accommodating and supportive with all of my enquiries.

Hotel reformado, con buena presencia y bueno para pasar unas vacaciones.La comida está buena, aunque a mi parecer poca variedad. En general buen mantenimiento de limpieza. La animación está bien, pero termina muy pronto.

El colchón y la almohada no son cómodos. La piscina estaba un poco turbia, se le notaba que no estaba el agua bien tratada.

Super emplacement pour profiter de la plage de sable fin à moins de 200m. La chambre suite junior est de bonne taille. Les équipements sont à la hauteur du 4 étoiles. Établissement très propre, personnel souriant et prévenant. En all inclusive, les repas sont diversifiés (1 thème différent chaque soir). Les glaces sont crémeuses (pas encore comme celles de certains établissements : pleines d'air) et tournent sur 5/6 parfums. Il y a 5 sortes de fruits à peler et autant de fruits déjà préparés.

Mais pourquoi ne pas mettre des portes de chambres empêchant les bruits du couloir de rentrer ? Idem avec les bruits d'objets qui sont tirés ! La piscine qui ferme à 18h, c'est un peu juste. Que dire des clients qui privatisent les bains de soleil 2h avant l'ouverture de la piscine...

Nice and clean rooms, large beds, comfy mattress, 4 pools for big and small with water slides, 5 min walk to a beach with no wind (unique on this Island)

Great food all day long, however, the meat was often a bit tough, chewy, or contained tendons.

The hotel is modern, clean, and packed with family-friendly energy. Staff were kind and very patient with kids. There are mascots, kid-friendly activities, and a beach that’s worth the trip to the south of the island. Our daughter had an amazing time, which made the experience worthwhile. The mid-range room was comfortable, and the food options were plentiful.

Very crowded. Hard to find a spot by the pool. Outdoor pools are small, umbrellas fly in the wind, and the indoor pool is limited to 2 hours, paid, and not very inviting. Kids’ arcade games cost money every time, and the kids’ club felt dark and unwelcoming. It’s not a restful place for parents – just a change of scenery from daily chaos.

Clean , good food , nice activities for kids

At times we were asked not to use the pool because there were too many people in it. There were not many but i never experienced this .. especially with kids .. you need 10’min to get tot the beach is not really close .
