Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick über den Ort und aufs Meer. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant empfehlenswert.

Das Restaurant ist auf einer mehr oder weniger geschützten Terrasse, dadurch war es Anfang April noch ziemlich kühl.

Alles!! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, man fühlt sich wie in einer Familie aufgenommen. Das Personal, bis hin zum Geschäftsführer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg, mit einem wunderbaren Mehrblick. Die Zufahrt war etwas versteckt, da hatte das Navi ein kleines Problem. Man kann das Ortszentrum und den Strand sehr gut in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Es liegt auch mittig zwischen Heraklion und Agios Nikolaos, so dass man auch für geplante Ausflüge kurze Fahrzeiten hat. Unser Zimmer war groß, das Bett sehr bequem. Wir haben unseren Kurztrip sehr genossen.

Es war alles super und gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Pleasant hotel — you can see that the owners really put effort into it. The breakfast is quite good, though the choice is limited. The mattresses are comfortable, and the view is perfect. We arrived quite late, but they waited for us and even reserved a table at the restaurant. The owner parked the car himself, which was very kind. We recommend visiting the hotel in good weather and booking with dinners included.

Our room was extremely cold when we arrived, and even the air conditioner heating didn’t help. After a few days, we were finally given a heater. The pool did not work at all during our stay and is not heated. The appartement consists of two tiny rooms, so there’s very less space for 3 people, and there’s no desk. The water pressure in the tap was weak, and there was no hot water for one day. The Wi-Fi worked poorly and only near the window. We were not offered any discount, even though we accidentally booked one extra night (imformed in advance) and left early. Considering the price we paid and all these downsides, that would have been reasonable.  The hotel is located on a hill, and access is via a very narrow road. We would not recommend coming here with a large car.

Everything was perfect Staff were very so friendly and accommodating Location was stunning and within walking distance to most things Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choice Pool and sun beds were perfect to relax in the sun
