Staff's hospitable approach towards hotel residents

The little garden on entering which provided a lovely setting for breakfast, or a light snack or simply as a reading area

Konum old city merkezinde , grand masters palace çok yakınında ve şövalyeler caddesine 20 m . Tarihi dokunun içinde konaklıyorsunuz. Ve ne kadar restore edilmiş olsada su kaçakları , klimalarda sorunlar vb vs gibi gözden kaçan şeyler yüzünden sıkıntılar yaşadık. Odayı upgrade ettiler, rezidansa geçtik . Orada da klima bozuktu daha sıcak bir zamanda çok zor olur biz pencereleri açıp nisbeten rahat uyuduk sayılır. El sabunu ve terlik yoktu, istedik verdiler bolca. Kahvaltıda sahanda yumurta ve zeytin ,peynir , domates istedik ekstra olarak, kırmadılar ve ek ücret almadılar , sağolsunlar. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü . Very hepfull ve friendly staffs , thank you so much...

Yukarıda yazdım eksiklerini , klima ve kanalizasyon sorunu var. Bide olmasına rağmen tuvalet yurtdışında sorun. Bu otele özel değil.

Besr service! The hotel staff made this vacation one of the best we ever had! the rooms were sparkly clean and the Greek !cusine was incredible! Highly recommended

Staff were so helpful, great location and cool rooms

They paid for my room in a different hotel. That’s it.

They own property outside of the hotel with different address, different entrance, completely different courtyard, but they rent out those rooms as a part of the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel for check in, they took my suitcase away from the hotel to the different street to the apartment which has no direct connection to the hotel. It was absolutely unexpected and unacceptable. After 2 hours of calls and unpleasant conversations they found a room in a different hotel for me. So if you want to stay in the hotel with the courtyard you see in the photos, contact them and make sure that they « allow » you to stay in their hotel but not in their separate apartment somewhere outside.

Helpful friendly staff . Fabulous breakfast fruit yoghurt and choice of eggs . Very quaint courtyard in the best location in the medieval city walls . They will come and collect you from the gate of the walls in the buggy so you don’t have carry your luggage up the hill .

You need to be aware some rooms are not in the main building . You have to Walk up the side lane to separate annex which has recently been renovated . Our room needed a few improvements which I’m Sure will be done . Very hard foam pillows too
