An absolutely delightful couple of days staying at the Avalon. Can’t be beat location next to the Street of the Knights and Grand Palace. Staff well all overwhelmingly kind, welcoming and friendly. Sorry to say good bye. Highly recommended.

Lovely location and beautiful hotel. We were met by the golf buggy which took us to the hotel and then dropped us to the port the following morning.. We were upgraded to a Superior room with its own lounge area. The staff are very nice.

The bed was very low on the floor and very uncomfortable. Definitely needs a new mattress and higher bed not on the floor. The breakfast was very traditional and not really suitable for us as diabetic. To be fair I did t tell them in advance and it was only a minor point as the food was good.

The little boutique hotel was a small sanctuary within the walls of Rhodes Old Town. It provided a shade and warm welcome from those who met us. It was clean and tastefully arranged. Cool in the hot days as it is within the old town building walls designed to keep the heat away. It is in the centre of the old town buzz, yet so quiet in the hotel area. The staff exceptionally earl and provided electric taxi services to taxi - very much needed in the hot days and pebbled roads.

The bathroom needs a bit of TLC, but it is very clean!
