super locatie, ruime kamer , de hygiene in dit hotel is buitengewoon, kraaknet overal. goede bedden, goede douche. ik boek dit hotel zeker nog een keer als ik daar ben.

jammer er was geen lift, gelukkig maar op de 1ste verdieping dus viel mee.

Light from mirrors clock can't turn off or I don't know how to turn it off. Bed was too hard for me maybe ok for others.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the in-room jacuzzi was a great feature that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls.

While the jacuzzi was enjoyable, the overall property is somewhat dated. A lower room rate would better reflect the hotel’s condition and offer better value.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and you could truly feel their warm hospitality. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that many of the staff members were Filipinos.
