Friendly staff that remembered us from our last stay. Was surprised as they must see thousands of people a week.

Location, cleanliness and they accommodated me with my disability by giving us a room on the first floor.

Wir hatten das renovierte Zimmer genommen, welches auch der Realität entsprochen hat, es gab rundum Kaffee, nach Anfrage haben wir auch einen Wasserkocher bekommen, kostenloser Parkplatz

Fenster können leider nicht geöffnet werden und das Zimmer und vor allen Dingen Fenster hätten sauberer sein können

Excellent location - 10-15 mins walk to cliffton hill. Hotel was really clean and rooms are all newly renovated with smart TV which was a plus point. Although they don't have in-room microwave, they have common microwave area which was very well-kept and neat. Room interior reminded me of class hotels in Asian countries very digital DND buttons, floorings and standing showers. We will be coming back to this hotel for sure.

Needs improving in Wifi speed.
