Nice and helpful staff. Excellent pool and the whole pool area. Good breakfast, and good and inexpensive room service. Very close to pattaya again shopping center and close enough to terminal 21 mall.

The beds are old and uncomfortable. Air conditioner blows directly to the bed.

Excellent location. Short walk to the market and restaurants in Pattaya. Near the beach. Pool is the highlight of the hotel.

No flexibility for an early check in. Rooms are noisy, with thin walls. Disturbing loud sounds when trolleys move in the corridor outside the room, or on floors above.
