In 'Hotel Post' restaurant we were seated at the last back table even if we had well in advance reserved...

This is a nice hotel with impeccable hospitality. Excellent breakfasts in a chic hall with a great choice of dishes and service. Cleaning twice a day. Nice sweets in the evening, tea, coffee every day in the rooms. Absolute silence and comfort. A small but very nice spa with a jacuzzi and saunas. Musical evenings almost every day. Cross-country ski trails 3 minutes from the hotel. You need to go to the ski slopes by bus (the stop is next to the hotel). A wonderful village with restaurants and a delicious coffee shop. Hiking routes that start right at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and enjoying the beauty of nature!

Excellent service and very very kind staff even in this difficult times – from the cleaning lady, to the receptionist, to the team in the breakfast room! I brought my dog with me, and they kindly provided a small bed, a bowl, and some treats. The room was comfortable, with a good temperature and all the necessary facilities. They also offered free water, and as I was leaving, they gave me some salt as a thoughtful gift and even asked if I needed water for the road. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juice.

Staff and cleanliness

Location, staff friendliness, ambience, lobby live music and chimney, wellness, breakfast.

But I made a strong recommendation at the reception to improve the experience of guests with polen allergies, which are quite common. Among my reccomendations are the use of air filters in the lobby, restaurants and of course bedrooms. On top of that, thorough vaccum cleaning of floors, curtains and walls. It is not the first winter in Engadin that I keep sneezing with non-stop running nose since I catch the train bound to Engadin. All indoor facilities I entered this weekend, including restaurants at the ski runs had polen in the air, quite uncomfortable for people with allergies. Thank you for looking into this.
