Lovely hotel with great facilities

The hotel is very convenient to the airport for an early flight out. We stayed one night, enjoying a drink in the bar area and calamari and bruschetta for a late dinner, served by a very nice and smiling server in the bar area. The bathroom had no wash clothes, so we called for those, and someone brought them up right away. During that intermittent time, I noticed that we had two full-size body wash bottles, but no body lotion. When the woman brought the washcloths to the room, I asked her about the body lotion, and she returned right away with that. Prior to leaving the room for dinner, we called for help with the thermostat because the program would not allow it to go lower than 19°. The front desk offered to send a fan, telling us that it may take a while to get to the room. We decided to go ahead to the bar and missed the delivery of the fan evidently. I mention all this because the same woman brought it to the room. She mentioned that she had been by the room twice, and evidently, our call with the fan upon our arrival back to the room from the bar caused problems. We were very sorry for the confusion, but geez. The room was not prepared for visitors and was so hot! Overall a good stay and a convenient location.

Having traveled from Santorini and then a flight to Paris the next day this location was perfect for an overnight stay.

Chose this hotel due to early flight out of Zurich the next morning and we were happy with our choice. Accommodations clean and modern. Hotel was quiet despite being attached to the airport. The next morning, it was raining heavily, and we were able to walk to the airport through a connecting corridor without having to go outdoors. Can’t beat the convenience!

This was a great location for a couple of days in Zurich. Only a 12 minute train ride to the main train station and relatively short walk to airport. Hotel and room were clean and modern. Only thing negative was room lighting was dim, typical of all hotels. Would stay here again.

The WiFi, whether the Guest, Voucher or Secure channel was completely disfunctional; it kept going in and out, and repeated calls to the front desk were unable to remedy the situation.

Very convenient as it is located in the airport. But the hallway smelled. They need better air handling and fresheners. I found that while the room was clean and tidy, there was product shorting going on including one toilet paper roll, and the other dispenser was empty. They were new washcloths. The tub drained slowly, so it was full of water when you shower. Little things like this add up to a average poor experience. This hotel gets heavy usage. A much better alternative is Hyatt place or Hyatt Regency. The price for this room was $450. Which is absolutely ridiculous for what you get. It should be priced down near $200. Recommend staying anywhere else.
