Aesthetics

The beach access is very small and rocky. The food wasn’t great and was very expensive, there weren’t many scheduled activities like the week prior our arrival. Overall not much to do and very far from The nice beaches, even the beaches close by were difficult to get to because the island taxis are so expensive.

Stunning location and fabulous hotel. Children and adult pools were both well maintained and lots of loungers and towels provided. The staff throughout the hotel were truly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Yuan, who checked us in on arrival was so lovely, happy and offered advice about the hotel and surrounding areas. We ate at all the restaurants and loved Mystique & Kangan, the food during our entire stay was delicious and a huge variety to suit all. Aartee who served us at Mystique on our last night was a fabulous hostess and made our evening. Thank you to everyone at Westin Turtle Bay for a truly memorable holiday x

Possibly more rose wine selection! Drinks were a little expensive.

Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich! Riesen Buffet, grosse Anlage mit Erwachsenen-Ruhe-Pool. Viele inklusive Angebote trotz Halbpension. Es hat auch „Spielzimmer“ mit bspw.. Billiard vor Ort.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Manchmal etwas over the top… nach dem 3x fragen ob wir etwas spezielles feiern möchten, wäre ein nein langsam zu akzeptieren. Wir brauchen keine grosse zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeit, aber das ist von Person zu Person anders :) du wirst da definitiv verwöhnt :) egal welche Ansprüche du hast.

Отель уставший. Очень навязчивый персонал на ужином, которые 4-5 раз подошли спросили хотим ли мы купит воду. Потом нас просто забыли на пляже в другой части отеля. Звонили 5 раз, чтобы прислали машину. Персонал не отреагировал. Хотели продлить на ночь еще, но дали скидку всего лишь 50 долларов и то после Скандала на ресепшен. Это смешно
