There are 3 floors at the property but there is no elevator. All floors are accessed by stairs. Please note that dogs will be charged at GBP 10.00 per dog, per night up to a maximum of 3 nights. Any dogs staying longer than 3 nights will receive additional nights free of charge. Any bookings of 4 rooms or more will be treated as a group booking. A 10% deposit will be required to secure the booking. 40% will be due 4 weeks later. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival For further details contact the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

"Very poor standards of accommodation, although the manager did state the hotel will be closing (in November 2025?) for r"

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

The property is in dire need of renovation with plumbing, electrics, decor all badly in need of improvement. There was a smell to the first floor (just above kitchens), and the room sound insulation was poor with a TV (next door?) disturbing our sleep from 5am.

"Closing for refurbishment "

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The meals were excellent. It is closing at the end of October for a complete refurbishment, taking about 6 months, so any review now would, in my opinion, be irrelevant.
