Stunning views around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff that patiently sorted out my room move despite a bit of language barrier.

The breakfast was minimal but was fine. The supper that they offered was delicious. Our room was very large but had cobblestone floors. Not great for a room. My brother and sister-in-law had a very, very small room.

The address did not work in the car GPS. So frustrating. Thankfully a gentleman at the desk answer and offered to meet us to bring us to hotel. That was very kind of him.

Location, pool area.

Room was missing many things: hair dryer, towel racks. Very small and stuffy room, small window. No outdoor space. No wifi in room. Had to stand outside office to get it.

Beautiful hotel grounds, the hotel is unique and has lots of character. There is a large outdoor pool with nice views. Superior Quadruple room is spacious for families with children.

I booked and paid for one Superior Quadruple Room and one Deluxe Room for a special occasion. However, upon arrival, 2 of us were allocated Room 105, which did not match the photos or description of the Deluxe Room type on booking.com. It was the most basic type of room corresponding to a different price. This mistake was discussed at check-in, but due to the hotel being fully booked, no alternative was provided. The hotel acknowledged the mistake in writing post the stay and apologized. They initially said they would refund the difference in cost but unfortunately they did NOT issue this refund. Booking.com gave me £25 in compensation because the hotel stopped responding. In the other room (Superior Quadruple Room), there were used nappies in sacks under the bed left behind from a previous guest. The room was otherwise clean with clean linen and towels but the cleaner obviously didn't check underneath the bed prior to our stay. I informed the hotel reception of this during check-out and they apologized.

Everything especially the location. Ideal to visit the beautiful beaches on the east coast of the island and the cities of Modica, Ragusa, Noto and Scicli. The breakfast is very good too and the staff really helpful.

We liked everything.

The grounds are beautiful and the villa has a beautiful view from the garden and the pool. Its in a quiet location. Parking is ample and easily accessible. At least it had a functioning AC.

"Peccato" is what I would say. Unfortunately the room, although large, was finished to the poorest standards imaginable. floor was coble stone. Only had a mirror in the bathroom, none in the room and the wardrobes. There was only one bed-side table the rest were plastic stools for 4 beds. housekeeping seems to always forget our room. we had to ask them to do our room on 3 occasions. Foul smell in the room. Shower was blocked, shower itself was broken and didn't work, shower door broken. no towels for pool. Walking to the pool you pass from unfinished area with construction materials. One evening we decided to stay on and have dinner at the Villa. Dinner is always a set menu set for that evening. we had awful service, dinner was noisy, rushed and not worth the cost. It was sub-standard Italian cuisine. TV in the room was simply placed on a terrace table.

Located in a quiet setting with beautiful countryside and seaside views. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. A nice place to stay if one intends to stay in the vicinity of Pozzallo.
