Baymont by Wyndham Wheeler

The bathroom was not very clean. The floors were sticky. The toilet didn't work. I had to take the tank lid off and lift the flapper for it to fill with water before it would flush. I was luckily across the hall from the public restroom and that is what I used. When I mentioned it at check out the young man shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry 'bout that"! I feel some sort of compensation would have been nice, or at least a genuine apology or concern.

It was a nice place to stay and breakfast was very good

Uneventful. Slept well.

The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool and spa was very nice. The only downfall was the lady at the front desk was not that friendly. Check in felt like we were bothering her or she had something better to be doing.

Horrible! Checked in only ones there took forever no one at front desk. Got checked in found out no tv or WiFi available due to wind storm 2 days ago the desk clerk argued said a few Chanel’s worked life lock infomercial channels and Disney.needed WiFi for work. Thank goodness only one night cell phone service not good enough to use hotspot. Could of said something at check in that nothing worked. Went to hot tub since no tv and hot tub did not work. Had a miserable night because air conditioner did not work great had to turn it down to 60 to even come on and still didn’t hardly work again the desk clerk argued saying we just didn’t know how to set it when the thermostat on wall would not come on. The room was filthy stains on floor and chair stained horrible grease stains on arms. Of chair. The duvet was also stained. Breakfast was cold. Was the most horrible place I’ve ever stayed then add horrible service on top of that.

Clean hotel. Very nice staff members and good hot breakfast!!

Everything was ok. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible either

Nice Hotel the only complaint I have is the hotel needs to make sure if you have a business center make sure everything works just because not everyone will use the center it should be in working order or close the center down. The printer was not working which is important to some business travelers.

Bed was very hard , did not sleep well , but we made do . Very clean motel, great breakfast, coffee was good.
