Ubicación y limpieza

Frangiscos has a great location, but that is much of that. The employees were very nice and helpful. The bed were comfy and the room is spacious, which is a plus. Our balcony was very big.

The bathroom is very outdated, it needs a great renovation, our bathroom doors could not close because they did not work properly, so the moisture was in the room all the time. The electricity is very old and you have only 2 places where you can carge your phone. The balcony does not have any place to dry the wet towels or swimsuits. We were staying there for 7 days and not once our towels were replaced, for the price we paid, I think that that was the least anyone can do. Overall, they have a great location but for the price, they should be able to provide more.

The location was great and the night time staff member was fantastic.

It is very very noisy - we were on the ground level and could hear everything. It is also attached to a hostel (we didn’t know this) so that made it even louder. The pool is nice but there is not enough chairs/space for the number of people at the hostel&hotel.
