La situación y la variedad de servicios.

Habitación doble con dos camas. Eramos dos adultos y nos ubicaron en la zona con menores. Segun la reserva teníamos 90min de spa que al final nos cobraron.

El personal del hotel

La habitación donde nos pusieron,antigua,la cama dura,y donde dormían los trabajadores de animación Y lejos Las de la limpieza a las 8 chillandose de escalera a escalera Descansar y dormir poco Eso tienen q cambiar mucho.....es irrespetuoso estar a las 8 escuchando chillidos

Hotel sa nám veľmi páčil, oblasť Pollensa/ Alcudia poznáme a máme to tam veľmi radi. V hoteli sú dve reštaurácie, dva bazény a bolo tam ticho napriek množstvu turistov. Lehátka pri bazéne boli vždy voľné.Strava bola výborná, chutná a veľmi rozmanitá. Voda a nápoje v rámci all inclusive boli vo fllaškách. Areál je veľmi pekný a rozľahlý. Mali sme požičané bycikle, je tam miestnosť na odloženie aj nabíjaníe. Hotel hodnotíme veľmi kladne a určite sa vrátime. Hotel nie je pri pláži, ale v blízkosti je nadherna pláž v Pollense. Cca 5km na bycikli alebo autobusom cca 15 min. Pri hotely je hneď zástavka smerom buď do Pollensy prípadne Alcudie. Výhodou celej tejto oblasti je, že je tam kľud a oproti iným častiam Mallorky aj málo ľudí.

Čo sa mi nepáčilo bolo upratovanie na izbách, určite by som odcenila viac snahy. Kupeľna bola ako keby neumytá a aj počas týždňa nebola upratovaná to nám vadilo.
