"Decent, and would certainly stay again"

Staff were very welcoming. Room was full of character. Bed very comfortable

Was not advised when booking or prior to arriving that the Hotel owners were on holiday so the restaurant for dinner was closed. I could not turn the heat down in my room. Staff didnt know other than turn radiators off, which i had already done

"Enjoyable experience, would stay again."

Friendliness of the owners willing to go the extra mile to please. Only ate dinner but was very good and home made. History of the place and the gardens amazing.

Very little but to be a bit picky; shower head could be a bit more “flowing” and bath towels replaced by bath sheets.
