MGM Tower at Borgata

Stayed here recently for the weekend in the Resort King Room. Decor is modern, chic and clean—the room & bathroom were spacious enough for two. Bed & pillows were comfy and there was a fridge and safe. This tower seems a bit more calm and is a short walk to the casino—they have their own concierge and valet downstairs. Will be back!

My wife and I enjoy using the pool/hot tub area during the daytime hours at. MGM Tower. Upon checking in we were informed that the pool/hot tub area was closed at 12:00 noon, and would be closed the entire day due to a private event (a wedding). We were extremely disappointed. If we had been informed of the unavailability beforehand we would have rescheduled our stay. Obviously, management knew that the area would not be available for an extended period of time. Although disappointed, I figured I would at least be able to use the hot tubs the following morning. When I got there at 9:00AM there was no water in the hot tubs, and I was told that they would not be available to use until late afternoon,if at all. Apparently the hot tubs were emptied and covered up to accommodate the private event, and management failed to take action to restore the hot tubs to working order immediately after the event in order to ensure that they would be in working order in the morning. Also, when I got there in the morning there was horrible, rancid odor in the pool/hot tub area. The pool attendant told me it had to do with a sewerage problem. As a resolution I was provided with beverage/food credits totaling $60. - which I found totally inadequate. Again, I should have, and could have, been informed of the situation before my stay - and been given the option to reschedule. And, if nothing else, management should have taken steps to ensure that the area would be totally functional for the next day. I would be remiss if I failed to point out that the front desk employees, and the security employee I spoke with about my complaint were exceptional. The problem here had to do with management. I would welcome the opportunity to share my experience and feelings with MGM management if they decide that they want to reach out.

We have stayed many times over the years. This time, we got in the room, looked in order. Came back and got into bed and found a bottle of KY Jelly. Means they did not change the sheets from the last customer. I called down and they quickly came and changed the sheets, but I need to question where I stay going forward.

MGM BORGATA is a beautiful, clean and welcoming hotel to stay if you’re looking to go to Atlantic City. The staff are very pleasant,friendly and professional. The hotel offers a host of different restaurants to choose & all of food I experienced was amazing !!

I love the adults only pool area! That is my favorite place to go and relax every time I visit the MGM Tower at Borgata. I love the view of AC from my hotel room! Check-in was great on the mobile app. I was able to check-in on the app and go straight to my room on arrival. I like the convenience of the variety of restaurant choices. I enjoyed dinner at B-Prime Steakhouse. The food and service were delicious!!! I will definitely be back again soon!
