MGM Tower at Borgata

I love this hotel, it was clean comfortable, friendly and so much to do! If you are hungry check out the borgata buffet.

We do not gamble so that’s how much we love the property. There is so much to do eat, shop and enjoy.

Everything was easy and accessible. The American Grill was great. Good service & food.

The stay started ok but quickly became unpleasant as the sheets were rough and thin walls. We spoke with with someone who apologized and took away resort fees. On our last day we noticed we had we had holes in towels and blood on tue sheets that has been covered up by a blanket we broight from home, when called to discuss it a. Ice lady csme and took pictures, however when her supervisor called the said they would have the sheets cleaned i was asked if i had cut myself and didnt notice. I was perplexed as I think i would notice if I had cut myself. I didnt care of the accusation and i was told there was nothing else they could do since resport fees were removed. I would say over all the place looks nice but for the price I would look for something else, since it seems the management staff in national hotel brand is limited in what they can do if there are issues. Atlantic City has plenty of other choices to pick from.

I keep coming back to this place, but this time was a disappointment. We come her because the pool doesn't allow kids. But on our second day they closed the pool for an event, no warning. They said use the Borgata pool, but a bunch of people had the same answer: we come here to get away from kids and Borgata pools allow kids. They tried to make it right, but not good enough.

We planned our most recent trip for my anniversary, the dinning options are absolutely amazing. The one pitfall in this trip was the rest room off the main lobby of the MGM tower. It hadn't been cleaned in what smelled liked a very long time.. Aside from this our trip was excellent.

What a beautiful, renovated, quiet and classy resort. Very clean and nicely designed, check-in was a breeze at around 3pm (no wait), airy and relaxing lobby, everything is fresh and calming. Spacious, bright, spotless guestroom with a small fridge, yes! Beautiful view of the marina district and the shore from the room. Staff encountered was pleasant and efficient. The MGM Tower is a step above compared to the main Borgata Tower, the Borgata guestrooms felt drab and dated compare to the MGM Tower, I've stayed at the Borgata several times. I often stay & gamble at MGM Resorts properties, mainly in Vegas, I'm always treated well by MGM Rewards and this stay was more of the same and was also comped. Thank you MGM Resorts. I could not fault this property even if I tried. Highly recommended, can't wait to return.
