It's so great

Food is good. Staff is very nice. Room service is also good.

Location has many pubs, little bit noisy (outside noise) that too until very late in midnight. May be not good for the one who likes silence.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a room for two days, but I had to vacate after one night due to very poor treatment by the night receptionist. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a very bad manner and refused to provide room service after 12 midnight. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable and not respected as a guest. Because of this experience, I decided to leave the hotel earlier than planned. I hope you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve your staff’s behavior and customer service.
