Lazy River

The check in process was long and frustrating. Our rooms were not ready at 4pm nor 5pm. We were told the second time we waited in the half hour check in line the issue was the request for adjoining rooms. The check in desk could not tell us how much longer the wait would be exactly but definitely before 9pm. To have traveled hours to stay at resort and not have requested rooms available until 9pm was beyond frustrating. My travel party had 2 18 year old girls so our inability to get to our room to change prevented us from enjoying any of the amenities since the teens could not change to go to the pool and we did not want to leave them with absolutely nothing to do while we went to the casino. In the end we gave up on adjoining rooms even though we were uncomfortable being separated but it was the only way to get checked in and be able to salvage our one night there. BTW we checked in on a Monday. I can not even imagine how hectic and busy it would have been on a weekend. More front desk staff needs to be available to make check in smoother.
