Great LOCATION.The right hand side of the sofa was sunken in and quite uncomfortable to sit.

The lady that showed us the room was very nice.

The receptionist at the hotel looks disinterested. We called a number of times to ask if we could drop our baggage early as we had a Hyrox event and didn't want to leave it in the car, nobody bothered to call us back. The fridge alarm went off all day and all night and the only way we could stop it was to turn the fridge off.

Broken furniture in the apartment Swinging couch, lounge lampshade, and shower Gel stand - in think it's unacceptable to ask guests to pay for premium with a beautiful apartment in this condition. We got stuck at some stage by the pool elevator because the access cards were not work!!!

No Breakfast - self catering

We were there for 6 nights, yet no cleaning, no fresh linen and towels were provided. How do they expect us to use the same stuffs for 7 days

The location was amazing. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Great security. Very well appointed. Nice roof deck. Staff very helpful.

No outside balcony to sit. Kitchen Dustbin too small. Could not find a hairdryer.

Spacious and comfortable .

The caretaker!!! Most useless person ever.
