View was awful, didn’t seem to be many people on our floor so a room with a better view would of been nice

I stay here each year for an event at the arena, the staff are always helpful and friendly, rooms nice with excellent facilities and all topped off with a nice view

Breakfast is a little basic

We’ve been before stay was great as usual and breakfast seems to have improved.

The carpet in the room was a little stained, and the room didn’t feel as clean as usual, nothing too major but having stayed before we’ve never really had that. Felt like the standards had dropped maybe. But still overall it was fine.

Its walking distance to everywhere if your able to walk , got up early walked all round liverpool and the docks got back by 10.20 am ,its not noisy like town centre really nice place to stay breakfast was very good thank you staff were friendly and informatable
