Le service des employés était courtois, les lit confortable

Impossible de parler à un gestionnaire pour problèmatique. Le spa jaccuzzi n'était pas fonctionnel mais pas informé à la réservation. Je venais spécialement pour le spa sinon j'aurai été ailleurs. Aucune possibilité de prendre arrangement car j'ai écrit a l établissements personne ne me répond. Ça sent beaucoup l' humidité. Je ne suis pas capable de communiquer avec booking ni avec gestionnaire très déçu de mon séjour

Accessibilité, confort et le déjeuner fourni sur place . La piscine ouverte de 8h à 22h : très intéressant pour les engants qui nous accompagnaient.

Manque d'eau chaude durant 24 heures mais hors du contrôle de l'hôtel . Et rapidement , nous avons été informés et compensés. Plus de bornes électriques pourraient être installées .

The staff was good. When flush handle in our toilet was broken, two staff members fixed the problem the next morning, skilfully and politely. We can't speak French but all staff members at the reception desk could communicate with us in English.
