Domenii Plaza by Residence Hotels

The location of this hotel is wonderful, near a small market area with a multitude of restaurants and fresh food, which is great, because their breakfast is somewhat expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room had lovely air conditioning. The shower was small, but with excellent water pressure. Our only complaint was that our double bed consisted of two twins pushed together, with nothing to fill the gap between the beds. We didn't have a chance to use the pool/spa, but it looked wonderful. We Uber'd from the airport, as the shuttle to/from the airport is expensive as well.

Small but nice would stay again. Great staff. Very easy and helpful to work with.

Very good experience overall, would definitely recomend. The staff were all welcoming and helpful and the hotel was well maintained with unique features. Rooms available for smokers and non-smokers and the spa facilities were really good as was the main restaurant.

the room (#301) received at arrival -pm was well below expectations (not clean, poorly maintained, tub and sink did not drain, no wifi signal), not at all a 4*hotel room; person at the reception kind of arrogant. the room received the next day-am, was clean, good wifi signal, the person at the reception very helpful. unfortunately the first impression matters, and it was not a good one. i wished it was a true 4* hotel. will not recommend.

Everything was great except broken shower head holder, which made taking shower inconvenient.

did not get bathtub which was supposed to be included. no free items in minibar.

We had a wonderful stay at Domenii Plaza. Great staff who were very service minded and the room was perfect, though the bed was a bit hard compared to what we are used to. The spa was good and the waiter at the restaurant was magnificent. We can clearly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice quiet hotel in a very nice residential area of Bucharest. Very clean beds, nice bathroom, very polite and friendly staff.

Great staff and excellent service. The mattresses need an upgrade, but the overall spacious room and cleanliness was excellent. Will be looking forward to go back again! Thank you to all the staff for an enjoyable experience!

One of the very few hotels which looks better than in the photos. The restaurant stuff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, the rooms have sweet atmosphere and the receptionist is beautiful. Highly recommended, the only hotel in Bucharest I will go back.
