Lindum Lodge

The hotel and staff were perfect, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful, taking their time to talk with us.. it very much had a homely feel to it. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast each morning was lovely, Room was clean when we arrived,we were served breakfast and left alone which I like.

Breakfast at 9 .

We were warmly greeted on arrival. Our room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. There was a wide choice of food on the breakfast menu. Parking was a bonus, and it was only a short walk to the sea front and town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing not to like.

The staff were incredibly hospitable. Excellent location too. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed.

It's only a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a car park at the hotel. It appears to be a family run business.

There was a bit mold in the bathroom and a larger dead bug on the floor. Other than that it seemed clean. However there was a smell you'd notice when the windows are closed or leaving the building, when outside. I cannot say what it is exactly, probably mold, but you can taste it, not pleasant. This may only apply to my room (room 9), but I wouldn't know. The room is quite small and the bathroom as well. The window has been locked, you probably can get a key from the host though. Every hotel I've seen in Torquay looks a bit run down from the outside, so maybe that's just the way it is in Torquay.

The location was ok the breakfast was very rushed very poor quality. Egg wasn't cooked enough cereal come out as you put spoon in your cooked breakfast come out felt rushed.
