Vitors Village

At the reception during check-in we were received by very welcoming and kind staff especially Miguel who regestered us. He took the time to explain the facility and various options for dining. He also guided us to the parking near our building.

We stayed 2 days , the first day when we came down for breakfast we found the staff very cold and unwelcoming to the point we felt like we were disturbing them. For the price paid the buffet was passable, what made it not worth it for us was how the two servers/stuards at the restaurant behaved. The next day we decided not to go down for breakfast. Its a pity for a property like this to have staff who do not know how to interact with guests. This is not a busy period and there were not many people when we came for breakfast......

Pool was lovely (although please fix umbrellas!), great kids room, appreciated option to have room cleaned each day

We weren’t given enough beds, given that we had booked for 4 people, and had to request multiple times for at least some sheets for the sofa bed - we only got this during the second night No pods provided for the coffee machine, it’s cheap and unreasonable to expect guests to immediately go to the shops for these - just put a few into the room per day… A shame with probably that all curtains need tl be closed, perhaps some window tinting or screening of verandah would make this more private while allowing for natural light Restaurant seems to be understaffed, very hard to get a booking, perhaps have more staff to match the number of guests?
