"Would have been perfect if I got the room I booked"

Close to where I needed to be

I purposely booked a disability access room with a roll in shower and upon getting there they gave me my room number on the 2nd floor and then they said oh it’s handicapped and switched it to the first floor but the room was not ADA. I could not shower while at the hotel due to this
