Nothing it was being used as a homeless hostel. It should not be being advertised as a hotel whilst being used for the homeless. I left after 1 night out of six. Left out of pocket due to no refund. Extremely disappointed

"Not what I expected"

The lady receptionist in the morning was more welcoming. The location was good.

The staff were not too friendly. The room had a musty smell to it. It was not like described on booking.com site the pictures make it look better than it was. The breakfast were cold and you could only have it between 8am and 8.40am. I have never had that before. Very uncomfortable stay. I will not be going back there. Too overpriced.
