Ramada by Wyndham High River

We've been Diamond VIP members at Best Western for over 25 years and we have been turned!! We will always book with Canalt hotels going forward. We had an absolutely gorgeous stay at the High River location. Conveniently located amidst all the fast food restaurants within half a block but there is no need. They provide Van Houtte and other items for breakfast for no charge. The room we had was two king beds and it was huge. The view of the mountains was amazing and the room appeared to be brand new and very, very clean. no yuck factor walking in the wide open and tall hallways unlike most other hotels we've frequented. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, warm and efficient. I still can't get over the room, amenities and the plethora of monster pillows and towels in the bathroom. Bathrooms are always ick where' we've stayed but this was like a brand new bathroom. The shower had jet force and the fixtures are all new. My wife was sold when she saw the Dove brand toiletries both in the shower and on the bathroom counter. All-in-all, this hotel is now ours, we'll prioritize CanAlta every time we visit High River every 8 weeks and seek out the chain in other communities around Alberta. Hands down, the best hotel stay we've had in a few decades. Thank you :)

Amazing place to stay! Great hot tub, decent gym, and slept like a rock! Only complaint was the breakfast had only carbs basically.

Stay was great, good location

This hotel had changed to a new name and new owners since the time we made the reservation. Fortunately, they still had our information and honored our room and pricing as originally reserved. We were never notified by the hotel or Expedia that the hotel had changed ownership so there was a period of panic when we first arrived.
