Only one chair so you people and it really needed to be replaced. Sagging bottom !! No juice not much selection for breakfast!!

"Hard Pass."

We went with a group of friends for a Sporting event. Staff kept taking towels from rooms (without cleaning the rooms). In one instance, staff refused to give clean towels back and claimed they were out of towels. To this same friend, the front staff printed out a strangers review, gave it to the friend, and left a letter under her door regarding the review. Like I said, it wasn’t even her review but even if it was, this is so incredibly violating and creepy. Staff kept deactivating our room keys so that we could not access our room. We had to request nearly seven new room keys. This same thing was clearly happening to other rooms as we ran into a few people locked out of rooms and over heard other guest complaints. Staff then tried to tell us it was our fault that keys got deactivated because we requested new keys. However, we only got new keys because they had been deactivated. Rooms were not cleaned despite removal of „do not disturb“ door hanger which left us with over flowing garbage and no toilet paper. Rooms were incredibly humid leaving bed sheets and personal items feeling moist. Room was generally dirty with stains on bed skirts, dirt in corners of room, roaches, etc. Wall sockets were inaccessible (behind bed) and partially non-functional which made charging devices difficult. Maintenance was repairing neighbors room door and repeatedly (20+ min) slammed door while we were resting.

This was a very good experience. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping is nice. Days Inn has vouchers for Waffle House. Very nice. Overall our stay was great
