Clean bathroom, comfortable bed.

Very dated furniture (except bed). Thin walls, creaky upstairs floors (can hear footsteps).

Very clean rooms. Quiet area.

Nothing. It was a nice stay for a quick overnight headed home.

Some riff-raff roaming in the area, but that is beyond the motel's control.

It was easy to get on and off the freeway. Good choice for that. The person who checked me in was so nice!

Our family was able to book rooms near each other. The breakfast options helped us save time and money as we continued our trip north. We enjoyed the choices offered in the office area. I also observed there were trays available to take food to our rooms. Thank you for the hospitality.

The original price seemed okay for the quality of the place.and the room was clean.

When we arrived after a long drive at 11 PM, we requested a downstairs room. We were charged for an extra bed as the only rooms available downstairs had two double beds. When I asked about extending the checkout time because I had a meeting in the morning, I was asked to pay extra. The price difference between this hotel and chains such as comfort suites is about 30-40 dollars, and "the nickel and diming" over small changes does not happen as much in those places. Plus, it is a dive, with a bar late into the night, fights going on outside... not too restful, and the quality of the rooms is really on the bare minimum side... I will not be booking this place again.

The owners were most friendly. They even drove us to downtown Ashland for our afternoon & evening events then picked us up at OSF when our play was finished after 11 pm.
