Stayed at this hotel around 10 times now and everything is always great

Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit und überheblich (gebuchter Garagenplatz nur auf Nachfrage erklärt), keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck. Meine Buchung im Spa ist völlig daneben gegangen (untergegangen, trotz mehrfacher emails) nur die sehr nette Mitarbeiterin im Spa hat versucht, alles zu retten. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Mjög notalegt andrúmsloft og vingjarnlegt starfsfólk. Garðurinn mjög góður og staðsetning fín.

Няма вечерен ресторант, цената е за 4 звезди, но в нея е включена самп закуска . спа се доплаща допълнително. Гараж също се доплаща на цена 20 евро на нощ.

The staff were excellent and accommodating, ensuring our early morning taxi was there in time and providing us with a takeaway breakfast, gluten free. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms are lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The rooftop pool is very nice and the spa is stunning.

There is no restaurant in the evening which was a little surprising for a 4star hotel. The air conditioning was temperamental in our room. The booking said a free minibar in our room but that is misleading as there was only water and soft drinks in the fridge which was quite warm.
