Das das Zimmer nur ein schwer zugängliche Badewanne hatte und man am Empfang sagte es gäbe nur Zimmer mit Badewannen. Das stimmt aber nicht

Preis-leistung war gut Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, top

Mir hat ein " Guten Morgen " im Restaurant wo gefrühstückt wurde gefehlt. Es wurde 3 Tage nur nach dem zimmer nr. Gefragt . Die italienische Kundschaft wurde mit kaffe bedient, wir haben es selber geholt. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders.

Die Lage ist katastrophal, wir kamen erst um 7 Uhr abends an. Dort gibt es dann kein Geschäft und kein Restaurant in der Nähe. Das Hotel bietet auch kein Dinner an. Wir mussten hungrig schlafen gehen.
