USA very personal, unique accommodation that is not cookie cutter and cold. We loved that it was an historic place that was thoughtfully updated. The restaurant served an excellent dinner. I loved the tuna tartar which had tasty and light garnishes. The sea views at dinner and breakfast were wonderful. The fruit at breakfast was plentiful, varied and so very fresh. The people working at the front desk were so very helpful and kind. Also, we were given a dinner reservation even though the restaurant was quite full, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the chef who was asked. And thank you to the person taking the bookings who took the time to ask the chef. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a sea view room. Well worth it. The A/C worked very well, showers were very good, bed was comfortable.

DE… Calella de Palafrugell ist sicher einer der schönsten Ferienorte der Umgebung. Das Hotel steht dem in nichts nach. Fantastisch über dem Meer gelegen, sehr freundlicher Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen und Trinken. Herzlichen Dank für die unvergesslichen Tsge.

Accidently booked a garden view room, it was soo small, and window dint have garden view, but rather the small noisy public garden which people were walking and chatting outside our window. Changed to a sea view room with extra cost of €80, and had a bigger room with great view.
