"Oyo is a joke "

I booked a one night stay at 10:45pm for my ex husband who is homeless…paid for it everything and he calls and I hear the front desk person raising his voice about a deposit that I knew nothing about when booking this room….they didn’t let him stay actually made him leave and didn’t refund my money I will NEVER deal with oyo again EVER

"Worst I have ever seen in my life"

I honestly don't say stuff like this, but this is honestly the worst literal roach motel I have ever seen in my life. All the reviews like mine are not exaggerating. I backed out of the booking immediately after seeing the rooms, and they would not honor a refund. I don't mind wasting $40 to not sleep in this literal condemned building. It's not an exaggeration that this building should be condemned and torn down. The security guard showed us a room that clearly had not been cleaned, roaches seen in tub with dirty used rag in corner. Again, none of the reviews you are reading are exaggerations. Do not even think "oh I can handle it.", You can't, trust me.

"Impressive accommodations"

So, I did sign up to come to this 2 star hotel, but this was subpar even by the very low bar of what I was expecting. After making a reservation, it took 30 minutes to for the attendant to figure out hoe to make the system check me in. The attendant asked for an additional $50 for a deposit, that I would need to come by in the morning for them to manually refund. The rooms were nonsmoking, butthe ash stains on the endtables and tv stand wouldn't have led me to think that. There was no plug for the tub, no handle to switch from bath to shower (it was broken off), the toilet didn't flush, the sink didn't drain, and the light switch by the door didn't work. The bed had one pillow, and thin sheets, but was free of bugs.

Very poor conditions. Person wasn’t at the desk when I arrived. People hanging around outside. Looks abandoned and the room was disgusting. I couldn’t receive a refund because I accepted the key. I didn’t know of the poor conditions until I checked into the room. I literally walked in and straight back out to stay at another location.

"Stinky room"

That is the worst place I have ever been, I check in went to assigned room, and the moment I open the door the smell was unbearable. I went back to check in and check out. That place need to be condemn and remove from hotel.com reservation system

"HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY"

We didn’t even get to stay. We showed up and couldn’t get the guy at the office to even pay me any attention to check in. When he did get up, he told me I didn’t have a reservation. I gave him the reservation number. He then says “it’ll be third floor” and when I find out there’s no elevator, I said we have to have first floor because my boyfriend is handicap. He told me he has nothing on the first floor or handicap accessible but that there would be no refund. We were expected to pay for a room we could not physically get to. Hotels.com customer service was not any more help either. I’m NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They expected me to be charged, and wait 14 days to be refunded for something I should never be charged for.
